my son started taking this product about a year ago when he was 14, and he was around 5 feet 8 at the time. fast forward to now—he is 15 years old and is now 6 feet 1! i am not saying it is all because of the supplement, but we have been consistent with it, plus he plays basketball, eats well, and gets good sleep.
my son gets pretty busy with school and sports, so i wanted something that helped support his bones while he grows. doctor plus slipped right into our routine with no issues. hes been more steady with his energy and the mix of vitamins makes me feel like im covering the basics without overthinking it.
my 14-year-old plays soccer after school almost every day, and i was worried his diet alone might not cover all the calcium, collagen, vitamins, and minerals his bones and muscles need. doctor plus lists calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, collagen, vitamin d3 & k2, basically everything a growing kid should get if his diet is not perfect. he takes two capsules every morning. i feel good knowing we are not leaving his growth and bone strength to chance anymore.
my kid hates weird-tasting vitamins, but doctor plus is easy because the capsules have no strange taste or smell, just a clean capsule. he takes it with breakfast, and i don’t have to remind him. that consistency matters. with hard-to-please teens, anything easy that works is a win for me.
after about three months using this product, i noticed subtle but cool changes like my son jumps higher on the basketball court, seems to recover faster after practice, and stands a bit straighter. maybe part growth spurt plus part support, either way, i am calling it amazing results for now.
