These terms apply to NuBest eGift Cards issued by NuBest, Inc. and purchased through NuBest.com. Please read them before purchasing or using a gift card.
NuBest eGift Cards are digital prepaid cards issued in U.S. dollars in the amounts offered on the gift card product page. They can be used for eligible purchases at NuBest.com. They are not accepted by Amazon, iHerb, or other third-party retailers. No physical card will be shipped.
Gift cards are delivered by email after payment and order processing are complete, or on the scheduled delivery date selected at purchase. Payment verification or fraud review may delay delivery. Scheduled delivery does not guarantee a specific delivery time.
You can have the gift card emailed to yourself or to a recipient using the options on the product page. Please check the email address and delivery details before placing your order. The purchaser receives an order confirmation and, when a recipient is specified, a gift card receipt that includes a copy of the card. If an email is missing or incorrect, contact support@nubest.com.
Enter your gift card code at checkout. The available balance can pay for eligible products, applicable taxes, and shipping charges. If the order total exceeds the available balance, you must pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
Unused value stays on the gift card for future purchases. You may use more than one gift card on an order where supported at checkout. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards. You can check your remaining balance through the gift card link in your email.
NuBest eGift Cards do not expire. We do not charge issuance, maintenance, or inactivity fees.
Promotional discounts and reward redemptions do not apply to gift card purchases. The gift card portion of an order does not earn loyalty points, count toward VIP qualifying spend or purchase-based bonus rewards, generate referral rewards, or count toward free-shipping and gift-with-purchase thresholds.
When you use a gift card to buy eligible products, those products may qualify for applicable discounts, rewards, and promotional thresholds under the relevant offer or program terms. Paying with a gift card does not, by itself, make an otherwise eligible product purchase ineligible. In a mixed cart, eligibility is calculated from the qualifying merchandise portion of the order.
A gift card can be applied to the first payment of a subscription order placed at checkout. It cannot pay for automatic subscription renewals. You must provide an eligible payment method for future subscription charges, even if the gift card covers the first payment in full. Any unused gift card balance remains available for a future eligible checkout purchase.
Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled for a change of mind, including before a scheduled email delivery. Our standard three-hour order cancellation window and 30-day merchandise return or satisfaction guarantees do not apply to gift card purchases. This does not affect rights required by law or our ability to correct a verified payment, processing, or delivery error.
Products purchased using a gift card remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy. For an approved merchandise refund, the amount refunded from a gift card payment is returned to that gift card or a replacement gift card, except where otherwise required by law. For split-payment orders, refunds are allocated to the payment methods used, without exceeding the amount originally paid through each method.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Where California law applies, qualifying gift cards with a remaining cash value of less than $15 may be redeemed for that value in cash upon request. Other applicable mandatory cash-redemption rights also remain available.
Contact support@nubest.com to request a legally required cash redemption. We may verify the request and card details. Required cash redemptions are not subject to merchandise return handling fees. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Keep your gift card code and link secure. Anyone with access to the code may be able to spend its balance. Contact support@nubest.com promptly if you lose the email, enter an incorrect recipient address, or suspect unauthorized use.
After verification, we can help locate or resend an existing card and assess whether unused value can be protected or transferred to a replacement card. A replacement, where available, covers only the verified unused balance, unless otherwise required by law. We cannot guarantee recovery of value already used by another person, without limiting any applicable legal rights.
Recipient information is used to deliver and support the gift card and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Receiving a gift card does not automatically subscribe the recipient to marketing emails or text messages.
