How does subscription work?

With our Subscription & Save Program, you’ll save time and energy while getting your favorite products automatically delivered right to your door. All you need to do is choose your favorite products and how regularly you want to receive them. A notification email will be sent to you 3 days before your next recurring payment is made. Once the amount is deducted from your specified payment method, you will also receive a confirmation email from us.

You can manage your subscription at any time from your account page, or contact our Customer Service for prompt support.

How can I log in to manage my subscription?

If you encounter difficulty logging in, it is because you have not set up a password to register for a complete account on our website. Please use your email address you use at checkout to sign up an account, create a password, check your email to activate the account, and then manage the subscription.

What if I forget about my subscription?

We’ll send you a reminder email 3 days before your next recurring payment is made, so you have total control. You can adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime you want, no questions asked.

Is it possible to have different delivery time for different products?

For each product, you can select a frequency for the subscription.

Yes, you can adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can go to your account settings and cancel the subscription by yourself, or email us at support@nubest.com anytime to request a cancellation.

Cancellation of service only takes effect after there is a confirmation email sent from NuBest to your email address. Once you receive our confirmation email about the subscription being cancelled, you will no longer be charged for recurring orders.

How can I customize my subscription?

You can easily customize your subscription by logging in your account. Once logged in, you can edit any of the followings by clicking the Edit Icon

How should I change payment details?

For any changes to be made, including changes in payment method, product quantity, and renewal frequency, please go to your Manage Subscription settings or contact us at support@nubest.com. We can then make the necessary amendments as per your request. Please note that when an order has been already handed over to shipping agencies, we will no longer be able to modify the item shipped or the payment taken.

What should I do in case of payment failure?

If your automatic recurring payment is declined due to any problems with your card, NuBest will notify you via the email address provided upon the first order payment. You can then go to the Manage Subscription settings, update another payment method, and set a new Next charge date to reactivate auto-recurring purchase.

How do I return my subscription product?

Subscription products follow the same return policy as non-subscription products. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Will I get points for my subscription purchase?

Yes! Your subscription order will automatically apply points to your account.

Can I use a discount or offer code in subscription orders?

It depends on the type of discount code you would like to use:

For coupon codes redeemed from your rewards points: You can definitely add the discount to your next recharge. Go to your subscription management dashboard, add the code and scroll down to select "APPLY DISCOUNT".

• For sitewide seasonal promo codes: Such promotional programs are not applicable in conjunction with subscription orders, so these codes cannot be added to your auto-recurring orders. Since the default discount you receive from subscription is already as good as the seasonal offers, you don't need to worry about missing out on any hot deals at NuBest website!

How much are the shipping costs per subscription order?

Effective October 5, 2023, shipping fee of subscription orders follows the same shipping policy with other types of purchases on NuBest website:

• United States

Free Shipping on orders $50+ (USD).

Orders below $50 get charged for shipping rates determined by carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx).

• Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom

Free Shipping on orders from $129 or $250 (USD) depending on the specific conditions of international shipping policy HERE.

Orders below the value specified gets charged on shipping rates determined by carriers.

• Other regions

Shipping rates apply in accordance with local carriers' pricing. You can select View Cart or Check Out to see the fees.

If I subscribe during a seasonal promotion sitewide, for example 25% off during Black Friday, which discount is applied?

Seasonal discounts sitewide are not valid in conjunction with subscription offers. Every subscription sign-up during a sales period automatically receives the highest discount rate, which is equal to the seasonal promotion for one-time purchase. In the case of your example, when you sign up for auto-delivery during Black Friday, the first subscription order will automatically enjoy 25% off without any promo code needed. If you try to enter a sitewide Black Friday promo code at the checkout, it will notify you that "The voucher is not valid". Offers for your coming recharges afterwards will comply with our Subscription Policy with no extra discount.
