Most of the vitamins and minerals in our kids' multivitamins are well absorbed together with foods or right after meals. Anyway, there is no issue if they want to take these tablets before meals. But avoid chewing them around bedtime.

Our product is designed for kids ages of 2 and 9. But children of older age groups (10-13) can also take it at the dosage of 3 tablets per day.
