How to Submit Video Evidence:

Please follow these instructions to ensure your video evidence meets the requirements:

  2. Include the Following in Your Video:
    • The opened package, including the label and visible shipping information.
    • The product itself, showing the lot number and expiration date (usually on the bottom of bottles).
    • A detailed view of any damage or defects.
    • A complete view of the product’s condition (use adequate lighting, if possible).
  3. For Missing or Empty Packages: Record the entire unboxing process immediately upon opening the package, showing the full inspection process.
  4. Submit the Video: Email your video evidence to support@nubest.com, along with a written description of the issue.

All video evidence must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.


If Video Evidence is Not Provided:

If video evidence is requested and not provided within the 7-day timeframe, we may be unable to process your return, refund, or exchange request.
