Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 scoop of NuBest Tall Protein, Vanilla flavor

½ cup coconut yogurt

¼ cup granola

1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Add pumpkin puree, vanilla protein, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl and use a spatula to mix it well.
As desired, add alternating layers of pumpkin mousse, coconut yogurt, and granola in a jar or glass.
Top with chia seeds, walnuts, or any toppings of choice, and sprinkle cinnamon.
