We offer free shipping fee and handling fee to orders shipped in the USA. However, in case a refund arises while the order is delivered successfully, shipping fee and handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For international orders, the Express Worldwide delivery takes 5-8 business days since the estimated shipping date; Standard Shipping usually takes 12-20 business days respectively. Some shipments can take up to 30 business days depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service, how remote or how serviceable your location is, as well as how the Customs operates in your country.
Shipping Rates and Couriers
We work hard to get great shipping rates from our couriers so we can pass the savings on to you. Shipping costs for international packages are based on the weight and size of your order. You’ll be given all shipping options and exact costs during the checkout process, after you have selected the delivery address for your order.
As we ship via various couriers, the product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service. Delivery times range from 10 to 30 business days depending on the country. If you choose expedited shipping, the delivery times range from 6 to 10 business days.
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. NuBest cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
Based on the rules of inter-regional transportation, your package can be divided into different portions.
For customers in Russia and Pakistan, we will ship your order(s) from a fulfillment center outside the USA because of bans on the importation of some products from the USA into Russia and Pakistan.
All sales are final. We only accept international returns for refund, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the products at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the damage (Please remember to provide us with proof of purchase) and email us a photo of damaged products.
After receiving your email, we will consider your product return. If you receive the approval from us to return the items, we will email you to instruct you how to return the items to us. Then you return the damaged items to us under our instruction. After receiving the damaged items, we will carry out the refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We will refund you after deducting shipping and handling fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center in an undamaged and resalable condition. The refund issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.

If you experience difficulties using your credit or debit card to make an international purchase, please first contact your bank to ensure that your card has been enabled for international purchases.
Although it is rare for international orders to be lost, please be aware that it can happen. Delivery time frames are estimates only and do not take into account weekends, holidays, or processing and packing times (please allow 24-48 hours for packing). International orders may take up to 60 days to clear customs, depending upon delivery method and government procedures. An international order will not be considered “lost” until 60 days after shipment date. We are unable to process claims until this 60-day period has passed. In the event that your order has been lost, you must report it as lost to us within 90 days of date of purchase. Please contact us by email at email@example.com.
We cannot change your delivery address after an order has been submitted. We work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was incorrectly entered at checkout. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise. If the return delivery cost is greater than the value of the merchandise, NuBest will inform the carrier to abandon the package and no refund will be issued.
You may cancel your own orders until the order has been shipped. If you choose standard shipping, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. If you choose expedited shipping, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. At that time, if your order has not been shipped, we will issue a refund. However, at that time, if your order has been shipped, you can cancel your order by returning the products to us after you receive them. In this case, we only issue a refund if the returned products are in unused condition (the safety seals are still intact) and shipping fee and handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Violation of Laws
Items sold by NuBest are intended for personal use. We ask that you please familiarize yourself with your country’s import restrictions before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties incurred by your order due to a violation of law in your country.
We are not able to offer refunds on products that are refused for any reason. In addition, if NuBest is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to your refusal, you may be responsible for that cost, too.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center in undamaged and resalable condition. In that event, the refund issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customs fees may apply. Please note that if the cost to return a rejected package to our fulfillment center exceeds the value of the order, we’ll instruct the courier to destroy the package and a refund will not be issued.
NuBest cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related seized products or delivery delays. However, the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed additional fees. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from NuBest, you agree to the policies stated above.
