You may cancel your orders within 3 hours of payment completion. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed online.
Click on “View Your Order” in your confirmation email.
Choose cancel and confirm.
You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is successful.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed using the original payment method.
Once a cancellation is confirmed through the portal, the refund amount may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account balance, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.

We will do our best to contact the shipping carrier to stop or modify the shipment, but this may not always be possible. In such cases, orders may need to follow standard return or exchange procedures.
