after looking closely at the ingredients and using this for 3 months with my 7-year-old daughter, i have come to the conclusion that it is nothing more than an overpriced multivitamin. there is nothing special about it that justifies the price compared to regular children multivitamins.
my daughter has been taking it for about 7 months now, and i have seen great results. she has grown about 1.5 inches, which her pediatrician said is excellent progress. beyond height, she just seems healthier overall, better energy, fewer colds, and her mood seems more stable too. i really think all those vitamins are making a difference in multiple ways.
the tablets themselves taste fine, and he had no problem taking them. but taste does not matter if there are no results. finished the whole bottle in 3 months and just got less than half an inch.
i do like the content of vitamins and minerals in each tablet. it makes me feel good about the nutritional support my daughter is getting, even if the height results have not shown up yet.
