my son has grown about 1 inch during this time, but when i look at his growth chart from the pediatrician, he has been growing at basically the same rate as before we started the supplement.
maybe if we would started when she was younger, like 12 or 13, it would have been different. but at 15, with her growth plates probably closing soon, it just has not been effective. i feel like i wasted money on something that cannot work at this stage of her development.
i also appreciate that these capsules are vegan and have ingredients that support bone health and overall development, not just height.
my son takes doctor taller for about 4 months now, and honestly, i am not sure if it is really made a difference, but i am still hoping it did and that we will see more obvious results with continued use.
just wish the results were faster and more obvious, and because the cost adds up over time. but for what it is—my son is also 1.5 inches taller.
