the taste is fruity without being too sweet. my daughter actually says they are yummy, which is pretty rare for vitamins!

everything about this is great, except the capsules are kinda big. my daughter manages fine, but i could see a smaller size being even better for younger teens.

my kids are both super picky about vitamins, so no chewy gummies and no weird tastes. but these capsules were actually easy for them to take. teens can be dramatic about this stuff, and even though they did not complain!

i ordered it 2 times, but the later batch is slightly stickier than the first one. do not know why.
