For your information, the body needs time to absorb nutrients, and bones as well as growth plates also take time to grow in length naturally until they can make a visible change to the user's height. Therefore, taking just one bottle or using the product within just a month may not make a noticeable change to the user's height.

Any of our supplements for kids and teens should be taken continuously at the recommended dosage for at least 3-6 months to see results. Users are recommended to take the product until growth plates close completely to achieve the optimal height. In order to get the best results, please take our products following the recommended dosage together with nutritious diets, proper sleep (8 hours per day, going to sleep before 11:00 PM) and frequent exercise.

Please note that at the peak of puberty (10-14 years old), people can grow up to 4-6 inches per year. Towards the end of puberty, people can only grow 1-2 inches per year even in optimal conditions.
