Retailer Guideline

New retailers shall submit an application form on our website and get approved by NuBest, Inc. to become a wholesale member. Only approved accounts can access our Wholesale portal and are eligible for exclusive benefits when shopping with NuBest as an official retailer.

In case you receive an email from us notifying you of upgrading your account from Regular membership to Wholesale membership based on your purchase history, please provide your business license/seller’s permit and specify your resale channels by responding to our email. You are recommended to respond within 30 days from the date you receive our notice. Any delay in updating your business profile may affect the validity of your wholesale account.

All of the information updated in your account must be valid and up-to-date. In the event of any inaccurate or falsified information about your business, your wholesale account will be deactivated by NuBest, Inc. at its sole discretion.

All wholesale orders shall be placed at https://www.nubest.com/pages/wholesale-application. Ordering by phone is not accepted. The product pages on our website with suggested retail prices are for information purposes only, and shall not be used for bulk orders.

We encourage retailers to log in to our website and use our Wholesale portal for every transaction with NuBest, Inc. If you have any difficulty with payment on the website, please email us at partners@nubest.com for prompt support.

For growth supplements, the wholesale minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 units per SKU. For other products, the available order quantity is from 10 per SKU. Please enter your desired quantity and make sure it is no less than the MOQ to get the wholesale price applied. Please rest assured that we offer various packing sizes and our fulfillment partners can provide suitable packaging options for whatever quantity.

In case you are interested in placing an order of a larger volume, such as 1,000 units/SKU, please email us for assistance.

Our wholesale pricing only applies to items selected at the Wholesale Shop page. If retailers want to place an order smaller than the MOQ, the general retail price will apply.

The more quantity ordered in each purchase, the bigger the discount range. When you enter a specific quantity at our Wholesale Shop, the unit price will be clearly detailed so you will see the exact discount for the order accordingly.

Please note that default discounts for wholesale members are always greater than any other promotional programs for non-wholesale customers. Other sitewide offers for general customers do not apply to wholesale purchases. On some occasions, we shall offer extra discounts especially for retailers only; any details of such promotions will be sent to your email address or the phone number that is used in registering the wholesale account.

Certificate for resale is not obligatory in all cases. However, if your delivery address is located in a state where dietary supplements are subject to sales tax, you must get a resale certificate in compliance with the state’s taxation laws, and email us the document to avoid double collection of sales tax. Receiver’s information of your order shall match the business address in your resale certificate.

Sales tax collection is automatically set up for each state. Once you have submitted a valid resale certificate to us, your account will not be charged for sales tax at checkout.

Wholesale orders are fully prepaid before shipment. We currently accept paying by debit card, credit card, and PayPal.

Orders placed on nubest.com are typically processed within 1-2 business days for stock items, except during holidays and weekends. During holidays or peak shopping seasons, the processing time can be prolonged by a few days before items are handed over to shipping companies.

All orders shipped within the contiguous United States enjoy free shipping (unless you request for an expedited delivery method). If you are located outside the U.S., we suggest you use a freight forwarder to ship from the U.S. to the destination country. As a seller in the U.S., we cannot adhere to every country's import policy for large shipments; therefore, we seek your understanding as our dear retailer to make efforts in the customs clearance process overseas.
