½ to 1 scoop of NuBest Tall Protein, Chocolate or Vanilla flavor
-
1 ¼ cups dates pitted and roughly chopped

-
½ cup almonds
-
¼ cup hemp seeds
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
Mix all the ingredients (except coconut flakes) in a food processor and process until well combined. Make sure the mixture sticks together like a dough when you press. If it is falling apart, add more dates and process again.
Put parchment paper on a small baking dish.
Use your hands or a spoon to shape a round ball and put it on the dish.
Sprinkle coconut on top and put the dish in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
