Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
 
To be a Referrer, you must have made at least one purchase and successfully activated your Loyalty account.

To be a "Referred Friend," you must be a brand-new customer who has never purchased from NuBest before using any email, identity, or shipping address.
Is there a minimum spend for the referral discount to work?
 
Yes. The Referred Friend must place a subscription order with a subtotal of at least $48.00 (after all discounts, excluding taxes and shipping) for the referral to be considered valid.
How and when do I receive my reward as a Referrer?
 
You will receive 2,000 Loyalty Points directly into your account as soon as your friend’s order is fulfilled. You can manage and redeem these points for coupons within your Loyalty dashboard.
Can I use my reward points for both one-time and subscription orders?
 
Yes! Once you redeem your points for a coupon code, you can apply it to both one-time purchases and subscription renewals, as long as the order meets the standard minimum spend requirements set by the Loyalty program.
What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
 
If a referred order is cancelled or returned within 30 days, any points earned from that referral will be deducted from your balance. We closely monitor for unusual referral patterns or activity that doesn't align with our terms; in such cases, NuBest reserves the right to review and adjust account status to ensure the integrity of the program.
Can I refer to someone living in the same household?
 
No. To prevent fraud, the Referred Friend must have a different physical shipping address, IP address, and payment method from the Referrer. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Can I combine my referral coupon with other promotions?
 
No. Referral coupons follow a "No Stacking" policy and cannot be combined with other discount codes or seasonal promotional offers.
Can I exchange my reward points for cash?
 
No. Loyalty points and referral rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. They can only be redeemed for coupons to be used on NuBest products.
