Wonderfully, this recipe goes with one scoop of plant-based protein powder. It looks like the star ingredient in hummus as it brings many nutrients, including vitamins, omegas, potassium, magnesium, etc., making this dish flavorful and nourishing.

2 cups chickpea beans, canned and drained

2 tbsp lemon juice from concentrate

2 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp tahini

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp minced garlic

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
Add all the ingredients (except veggies of choice) in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
