Add almond flour and maple syrup in a bowl and mix well.
Continue adding protein powder, ground flaxseed, and optional cinnamon to the bowl and mix well.
Roll the mixture into balls and put them on parchment paper.
Refrigerate the truffles for 2 hours.
Melt chocolate chips, stir well, and let it cool.
Then dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and put it back onto the parchment paper.
Top them with a dash of cinnamon (optional).
Refrigerate for another 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy.
