1 scoop of NuBest Tall Protein, Vanilla

6 tbsp water

6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tbsp poppy seeds

½ tbsp Truvia

½ cup of oats

Directions
Combine oats, powder, poppy seeds, lemon zest, and Truvia in a large bowl.
