Directions: For kids aged from 2 to 9. Kids chew the whole tablet.

Overall great value for money

It is plant-based and sugar-free. My 5 year old son enjoys it daily and is quite a healthy eater. Also love that these tablets are bite sized and don't intimidate him. Grape is his favorite flavor so that is the icing on the cake.
