These little bites are like tiny treasures waiting to be discovered, making snack time an exciting quest for flavor and energy. So, gather your kitchen crew, roll up those sleeves, and let's whip up a batch of this healthy snack.
Ingredients

½ - 1 scoop of NuBest Tall Protein (Chocolate)

½ cup raw pecans

½ cup pitted dates

¼ cup cacao powder

2 tbsp cacao nibs

¼ tsp sea salt
-
¼ tsp flaked salt (for sprinkling, optional)
Directions
Blend pecans in a food processor until they look like coarse gravel.
Put the dates and blend until a sticky dough has been created.
Add NuBest Tall Protein, cacao powder, cacao nibs, and sea salt, and continue blending them.
Put a sheet of plastic wrap on a cutting board.
Pour the dough into the wrap and press it into a square-like shape.
Place another plastic wrap around the square and flatten and shape the dough with a rolling pin.
Remove the wrap and sprinkle with flaked salt.
Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
