8 graham crackers
½ C almond flour
1/3 C honey
½ container of dairy-free cream cheese (about 4 oz.)
¼ C powdered monk fruit sweetener
¼ C almond flour
½ C coconut shreds (optional)
Fresh fruits (berries, oranges, etc.)
Add graham crackers to a food processor and blend until they get a crumb-like consistency.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
