Most of the vitamins and minerals in our kids' multivitamins are well absorbed together with foods or right after meals. Anyway, there is no issue if they want to take these tablets before meals. But avoid chewing them around bedtime.
Is there a gummy version of your kids' multivitamin?
Currently, we only have tablet versions of NuBest Tall Kids and Doctor Taller Kids. Gummies may contain added sugars or food colorings. Importantly, they easily stick to your kids' teeth and cause tooth decay.
My kids cannot chew well, what should I do?
You can crush the tablets and sprinkle the powder onto your foods or drinks. Mixing the powder with a thick liquid such as yogurt, applesauce, protein shake, milkshake, oatmeal or a smoothie works best.
Should we keep taking this height growth pills for kids after 6 months?
