¼ C honey

8 gluten-free graham crackers

1 8oz container of dairy-free cream cheese

1/3 C powdered monk fruit sweetener

¼ C almond flour

½ C sliced strawberries

2 T powdered freeze-dried raspberries

For crust
Use a food processor to blend the graham crackers.
Blend until the crackers form a crumb-like texture, then add the remaining crust ingredients, and continue blending until combined.
Pour the mixture into a pan and press it over the surface.
Put the pan in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
For filling
Mix all the filling ingredients (except the fresh fruit) in the food processor and mix well.
Add sliced, fresh strawberries to the filling.
Pour the filling on the top of the crust and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining fresh strawberries and freeze.
Cut into squares and enjoy.
